Matt Sharafinski – Matt Sharafinski is the founder of Sheriff Training Systems and a dedicated powerlifting coach with experience dating back to 2016. As a competitive powerlifter with elite totals in multiple weight classes, Matt combines personal achievement with a passion for coaching athletes of all levels.

His approach centers on individualized programming, great technique, and mental toughness. Matt believes strength is built both inside and outside the gym and works to help athletes improve not just their lifting, but their mindset and resilience. Whether a beginner or advanced lifter, Matt’s coaching helps athletes overcome obstacles, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
